RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your Gurnet Gyotaku art, we will accept returns for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the order purchase date. All art must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging (not shipping materials, just product packaging). Return shipping is the responsibility of the returning party and will not be covered by Gurnet Gyotaku.

Once we receive your return/exchange and verify the condition, it will be processed. Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 3 weeks for your refund/exchange to be completed.
